Client Registration:
Profile Overseas Manpower Services, Inc. will undertake the registration of client, as an employer of Filipino workers with the Philippine Labor Office (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration or POEA). Profile will provide all required forms (see below) for registration to expedite the process of registration.

- Recruitment Agreement
- Master Employment Contract
Recruitment Planning:
Once the client has appointed Profile as their Philippine Representative for recruitment, our company shall formulate a recruitment plan specific to the client's qualification guidelines and other requirements, also taking into consideration recruitment timelines.
Personnel Search:
Upon confirmation of the job specification submitted by the client Profile will embark on personnel search from active database, through newspaper advertisement and targeted industry search. Our company will present the best-qualified applicants to the client for final interview
Pre-Selection:
In order to determine and qualifications of the CVs submitted, it is important that the employer provide our company with their list of pre-selected candidates to determine their suitability to the position being filled. This also allows our company to keep track of the availability of the candidates for final selection, interview and trade testing.
Final Selection:
Profile will facilitate selection of employees through final interviews conducted by the employee in Manila or through telephone or video conferencing.
Trade Testing:
We shall conduct trade testing through a certified center as per guidelines provided by client. Testing center is recognized by the Philippine government Trade & Educational Skills Development Authority or TESDA.
Job Offer Confirmation:
We shall negotiate and confirm offers given to selected applicants.
Documentation:
We shall oversee the documentation process of selected employees focusing but not limited to the following:
- Passport / Travel Documentation
- Medical Examination
- Employment Certificate Verification
- Educational Certificate Authentication, if required.
- Host country documentation
- Ticketing
- POEA Documentation
- Other documents required by clients or host country
Pre – Departure Orientation:
All Employees departing shall be given a country and employer specific orientation
Aside from the above process we undertake the following:
- Provide weekly status report on employees currently in process.
- We shall also assign a recruitment specialist who shall be your lead contact for all issues regarding your recruitment in the Philippines .
Post Deployment Arrangement
In order to insure hassle-free assumption of employment, Profile arranges with employers important relocation related matters such as accommodation, transport to and from work (if applicable), provision of food, etc at the initial stage.
Departure Arrangement
Workers POEA departure formalities, visa and immigration concerns, and airline tickets are carefully coordinated with employers to insure immediate and timely departure to destinations.
